As our community recovers from the extreme winter weather, many of our neighbors have been left without reliable running water due to freeze-damaged pipes in their home. Community Pipe Repair, or CPR for short, is here to assist those who may not be able to afford a plumber to make repairs.

Renters can apply for help, too!! Here are the eligibility requirements:
- To qualify you must live in a single-family home (owner or renter) that was valued at $140,000 or less in the 2019 Bexar County tax appraisal.
- If your house is valued at more than $140,000, you may still qualify if your total household income is at or below 140 percent of the federal poverty line.
