Join us for a discussion of wide-reaching issues–from the state of the monarch butterfly migration and bat conservation to border issues, migration, immigration, and climate change.

Our panel includes monarch butterfly expert Dara Satterfield, a Trinity visiting scholar and PhD in ecology; Austin-based National Public Radio correspondent John Burnett, who covers the border and immigration; and PhD Rodrigo Medellín, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México ecologist, known as “the Batman of Mexico.”

Brendan Gibbons, senior environmental reporter for the Rivard Report, will moderate.
The Butterflies without Borders forum is a featured event of the fourth annual Monarch Butterfly and Pollinator Festival.

Reception with cash bar.
